Please summarize the highlights/benefits of your experience so far with ExponentialX.
Callie Murray: We started working with ExponentialX maybe three or four months ago. And it just had a great experience from the onboarding perspective. We were really surprised by how well they got to understand our brand in business so quickly. And I loved the landing page they created that was kind of the first moment where we thought, OK, these guys are the real deal. So then they started sending out emails on our behalf and then I think just the results have spoken for themselves. So we were getting around three sales calls a week uh before working with ExponentialX. And now we’re averaging 10 to 12 sales calls a week and already have booked I think 5 clients from their efforts. So we’re thrilled.
What challenges were you facing in regards to finding new clients prior to working with ExponentialX?
Callie Murray: Before working with ExponentialX, we were relying on referrals to get new clients and while those are incredibly warm and wonderful leads, they are not very scalable or dependable. So we, it was a lot of just hoping and kind of walking into the next month and quarter saying, yeah, let’s let’s hope that this one works out for us. Now with ExponentialX, it’s really nice to be able to just, I mean, it feels like a faucet we can turn on and just know what we’re gonna get.
How has ExponentialX positively impacted your vision for what’s possible for your business and your personal aspirations as entrepreneur?
Callie Murray: Yeah, I think what’s fun about working with ExponentialX and seeing these scalable results is now, I feel like we can confidently look at our goals for the year. And and I mean, and be confident about them, we can say, I think this is what we can get to. And and then it’s also fun to think and maybe even more, you know, so we as our leads increased because of ExponentialX we had to build out our operations function in a just a tighter, better way. which honestly, we’ve, I mean, what a great problem to have. We’ve loved the experience and we’re excited to just kind of keep growing. And, and I think just sleep well at night knowing that we’re going to keep getting these leads.
What would you say to businesses who are skeptical about the potential benefits of working with ExponentialX?
Callie Murray: I would say, I mean, I was skeptical about using ExponentialX at the beginning. We found out about them through a cold email and I kind of went into my first sales call with, Mike and just said, all right, prove yourself to me. And I I don’t know, I think I would say, I mean, they just are the real deal and it’s something that they just set up the model in a way that I think is so business first, client first, you know, to where it really is low to no risk. And they’re just, I don’t know, they’re good people. So I would say if you’re skeptical, I get it, I was there but give it a try. We’re glad we did.
